We’re proud to announce Redmond Street Rentals, a new affordable housing development in Jackson serving 98 people across 28 one- and two-bedroom homes. This project addresses the community’s critical need for permanently affordable workforce housing while showcasing the power of collaboration.

A Successful Public-Private Partnership

Redmond Street Rentals is the result of a strong partnership between the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust, the Town of Jackson, and the Jackson Teton County Housing Department. Leveraging $5.7M in public funding alongside $7.4M from private donors and financing, this innovative model maximizes efficiency while minimizing public sector risk.
