Amber Tate is an architecture intern at Northworks and a third-year architecture student at the University of Cincinnati. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, she brings experience from a previous architectural internship focused on the design and renovation of country clubs across the country, along with an earlier background in retail management.
At Northworks, Amber is excited to explore high-end residential design and expand her understanding of how residential projects differ in scale, character, and process from her previous work. She was drawn to Northworks by the collaborative energy of the team and the range of projects the firm takes on across different scales, budgets, styles, and locations.
Outside of the studio, Amber enjoys painting, boxing, hiking, and spending time with friends. She is also passionate about experiencing architecture firsthand; one of her proudest accomplishments was saving enough to travel to England to visit some of the architecture she had long admired.
