Brian Settle

Director

Brian, a director based in our Chicago office, boasts a rich portfolio of residential builds across the Chicagoland area.  Since joining Northworks in 2015, Brian has been a vital contributor to ongoing work at the Sand Valley Resort in Wisconsin, bringing his vast expertise to both custom residential and amenity projects.

Before joining Northworks, Brian honed his craft in diverse architectural landscapes, practicing in Pittsburgh, PA, and the San Francisco Bay Area before settling in Chicago in 2012. Throughout his career, he has lent his expertise to an array of projects, spanning residential, institutional, and commercial sectors, enriching his architectural perspective with each endeavor. Brian earned his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Notre and is a LEED AP certified architect.  Brian is currently immersed in the architectural design of a clubhouse and a new lodge for the recently inaugurated Old Barnwell Golf Club in Aiken, South Carolina. This collaboration is proving to be a positive experience in an area of the country Northworks is excited to be working in.

Beyond his architectural pursuits, Brian enjoys outdoor adventures with his family, whether it’s playing sports, hiking, camping, enjoying lake activities, or embarking on new adventures together.
