Based in Chicago, Cassie is a Project Associate who brings a thoughtful and inquisitive perspective to the studio.
Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, Cassie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Tulane University, where she received a full merit scholarship and was recognized with the Outstanding Thesis Award for work exploring communal approaches to aging-in-place in suburban environments. Cassie gained experience through internships at several firms, including SOM in New York, before joining Northworks. With a strong interest in both design and construction, she is eager to engage in all phases of the architectural process and to deepen her understanding of how buildings come together from concept to completion.
Outside the studio, Cassie enjoys reading, writing, painting, and spending time outdoors, as well as the occasional game of Scrabble.
