Emily Perez, joins Northworks’ Palm Beach studio as a Project Associate. Originally from Houston, Texas, Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University before moving to Miami to pursue a Master of Architecture and a Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Miami.
With prior experience in luxury residential architecture in Texas, she was drawn to Northworks’ diverse portfolio and the opportunity to contribute to the region’s evolving architectural landscape. Outside the studio, Emily enjoys scuba diving, horseback riding, furniture making, exploring museums and art, and traveling. She also spends time with her Doberman and Chihuahua.
