Jennifer Lamy

Project Associate

Based in our Palm Beach studio, Jennifer has brought her vast array of experience from working in architecture for a large scale firm in New York to the Northworks team.

Originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti, her family moved to Miami in 2010, where she attended Mount Holyoke College and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies before earning her Masters in Architecture from the University of Miami, specializing in fabrication and modeling. At the School of Architecture’s Community, Housing, and Identity Lab, Jennifer served as Lead Assistant, contributing to projects and installations displayed at prestigious venues including the MoMA and the Chicago Architecture Biennale.

During her undergrad years, Jennifer explored fabrication and gained professional experience at Miami architecture firms. In graduate school, her passion for fabrication continued in the lab and model shop. After graduating, she spent 2.5 years at Adjaye Associates in New York, contributing to large-scale projects.

As a project associate, Jennifer focuses on residential projects across the country. She’s currently engaged in Snow Ranch and Snow King, enjoying the opportunity to work on both large and small-scale residential designs and collaborate directly with clients.

Outside of her  work, Jennifer cherishes time with family and friends and explores museums nationwide.

I always stay attune to the narratives of our clients. What may appear trivial to us as designers could hold profound significance for them, heavily influencing design preferences.
