Senior Architect

Kim, a Chicago-based architect, infuses her work with a passion for elegant, contemporary design and innovative material exploration.
With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and institutional projects across the United States and France, Kim is recognized for her creative vision and meticulous attention to detail.
She holds a Master of Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and is a licensed architect in Illinois. Her 15 years of experience includes work on large institutional and multifamily residential projects, as well as set design for television and film. She is currently engaged in numerous projects at Northworks, including a mass timber hotel and three luxury homes in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Kim is committed to integrating contemporary design, elegant material exploration, and structural innovation into her work, reflecting her unwavering dedication to excellence.
Beyond the studio, Kim enjoys writing music on the piano and exploring the art of filmmaking, constantly seeking new avenues for creative expression and personal growth.
